CNC Milling

OUR CNC MILLING ARE VERY HIGH PRECISION MACHINE SHOP MILLS.

American Machine Co utilizes a wide range of milling machines to complete most any CNC Milling project all in house here in the Richmond, VA area. All of our CNC Milling machines have a 4th axis capability for complex machining and utilizing the most advanced machining techniques to achieve the best results every time. Our milling machines are high end late model HAAS made VMC's Vertical Machining Centers, which are the most versatile CNC Machines available on the market today. This gives us tremendous flexibility while still being able to manufacture parts fast.

We're also experts in building fixtures which hold the parts in place while machining. This is a critical skill needed to be efficient and accurate when producing thousands of parts that need to keep very close tolerances. Fixtures play a huge role in multi operation machining where the part needs to be machined in separate stages to reach different sides of the part to make a complex piece.

American Machine Co carries a variety of CNC Milling machining centers for high speed precision manufacturing of metals, alloys, plastics, castings, extrusions and many other types of materials. Our Milling machines are mostly Haas brand late model machines kept calibrated to maintain quality dimensions.

American Machine uses the E2 System by Shoptech for shopfloor management & work routing, and FeatureCAM for machine programming & design.
