Cylindrical/Surface Honing & Grinding

Grinding & Honing is a process to bring in the tolerances and usually done after the part has been heat treated to bring the part to the close tolerance required by the drawing specifications.  

Machine parts may require surface grinding for several reasons:

 1. Produces a flat surface
 2. Very accurate thickness tolerance specified
 3. Very smooth surface roughness Ra is specified/required
 4. Cutting tool sharpening

Our Grinding/Honing Equipment includes:
